ADELPHI HOLDING
Critical Minerals Exploration – Kambove District, Katanga, DRC
Adelphi Holding LLC is advancing an option agreement over a multi-metal mineral concession located in the Kambove District of Katanga Province, Democratic Republic of Congo, within the Central African Copperbelt.
The region is globally recognized for its copper and cobalt production and remains one of the most strategically important critical mineral corridors.
Project Overview
Location: Kambove District, Katanga Province, DRC
Geological Belt: Central African Copperbelt
Target Minerals:
• Copper (Cu)
• Cobalt (Co)
• Gold (Au)
• Iron (Fe)
• Coltan
Ownership Target: 80–20% Adelphi Holding LLC (upon option execution)
Title Status: Mineral concession currently held by local DRC partner under the DRC Mining Code
Stage: Option execution and seed exploration phase

Geological Context
Preliminary field observations conducted by Adelphi’s geologist identified visible copper oxide mineralisation and cobalt-bearing formations at surface.
The concession is interpreted as a polymetallic Cu-Co-Au-Fe-Coltan system consistent with known Katangese geological architecture.
All geological observations remain preliminary and non-certified pending NI 43-101 compliant verification.
